Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact. Return requests should be submitted within the eligible return period from the delivery date. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
Refunds are initiated after the returned item passes quality inspection. Once approved, the amount is credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
